Waiting for Love
This image is a painting of flowers waiting to be planted. I love playing with light and color. I also love to add some hidden animal and insect friends in my paintings.
One of my hobbies is gardening. With our new yard, I’ve been out deadheading for what feels like forever. I’m finally getting to see the fruits of my labor as a new generation of flowers springs up from the parts of the plant that I’ve cut back. It is so satisfying to see hard work pay off. I also find gardening to be very therapeutic and relaxing. The ability to see the change can be much more fulfilling than any work in a digital space ever could. This is probably why I love watercolor so much.
