Waiting for Love

This painting is inspired by three flowering plants waiting to be planted in my dad’s garden. I like to add some animal friends to my paintings. Can you spot them all?

Christmas Valley Meadow

This painting began outside near our Tahoe home. As you may know, Christmas Valley is a neighborhood in South Lake Tahoe that was surrounded by the Caldor Fire in 2021. The mountain side and some of the trees depicted in this painting are no more. This meadow as bulldozed over to provide a fire break for the homes in the area. I’m glad I was able to memorialize its beauty before the Caldor Fire’s destruction.

Tahoe Memories

My family and I used to camp every summer at Fallen Leaf Lake campground. We would ride our bikes to the Camp Richardson Ice Cream Parlor at least once during our trip. This painting is pure nostalgia for me.

Fall Love

I painted this from an image I took in Hope Valley in the fall. The river and the mountains with the changing colors of the grass and trees was just gorgeous. I hi
